Reflections on the Surefooted Micro-habit Challenge
It’s funny how time marches on.
Three months passed in what feels like the blink of an eye… and yet January 1st somehow feels like ages ago.
In reflecting on the Surefooted Micro-habit challenge, I’d love to share some wise, meaningful answers to life’s problems and mysteries. But if I took that approach, it wouldn’t feel authentic, because I truly believe the answers come from within each of us, for each of us.
That’s the beauty of the Surefooted approach.
It’s not about providing answers. It’s about providing questions, and small daily habits, that help you discover your own path.
The magic is in the daily check-in, and the small adjustments we make along the way.
The practice is simple:
Be curious about your present.
Be intentional about your future.
Simple… but not easy.
And what I can say for sure is this:
I’m living a life that has been shaped, day by day, through self-reflection, journaling, and meaningful conversations with people I trust, and, whenever possible, doing all of that in nature.
I feel grateful for these past three months. I've learned something about myself and my habits. And, as a result, I'm even more curious and optimistic for the memories ahead and the adventures still to come.
If you’ve been following along, thank you. And if you’ve been thinking about starting a Surefooted path of your own…
Pick up a journal!
Start small, stay consistent, be curious, and be kind to yourself.
So, I wish you a Surefooted day - every day… whatever that means for you.
